For one of our clients dealing in the distribution of packaging with loose materials, we have prepared a fully automated warehouse application. The operator’s task is to provide the assortment for automatic loading, receipt of ready orders and receipt of non-standard orders requiring the completion of goods from outside the warehouse.
The machine is integrated directly with our client’s online store. It collects orders, packs them into an appropriate size of an envelope, stitches it and sticks an address label so that at the end of the process, the courier can pick up a ready, addressed package.
If there was a need to expand the warehouse in the future, thanks to the modular structure, the modernization will be limited only to adding additional floors.
